Our holistic wellness therapies are customized for individual health and wellness needs and focus on the whole body. Wellness therapies are designed for the general well-being of the body. It's a 360-body therapy and does not limit treatment to one part of the body or target a particular disease. Why? Because the whole body is connected. Infrared Sauna
Infrared sauna is an ionizing ray on the light spectrum not visible to the human eye. Our body tissues produce infrared energy for healing processes. It is an alternative therapy for vertigo, sinus and fibromyalgia. Infrared Sauna Therapy also helps with:

- muscle and joint pain
- heavy metal detox
- skin tone
- stress and fatigue
